No, the Poedagar UK Guarantee covers all POEDAGAR® watches purchased new from the Poedagar UK website, or from an authorised retailer in the UK.

“What does the guarantee cover?”
The Poedagar UK Guarantee covers all manufacturing faults, parts, and labour.
The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, intentional damage, damage from general wear and tear, or damage from deliberate misuse.
Watch bracelets and straps are not covered under the guarantee.
Poedagar is not liable for any postage and packaging costs incurred as a result of claims made against the guarantee.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
“I’ve ordered a watch from an unauthorised retailer, who do I contact for order updates or customer support?”
If you have ordered a watch from an unauthorised retailer or seller you will need to contact them directly regarding any after-sales services.

“I’ve ordered a watch but the bracelet is too long, do you sell shorter straps?”
Yes, leather watch straps are available from the Poedagar UK website that are suitable for POEDAGAR® watches, but all watches available on the Poedagar UK website that are fitted with a stainless-steel bracelet feature removable links with a solid exterior and push-pins.
These bracelets can be easily adjusted using the link removal tool provided but we recommend taking your watch to a reputable watch servicing and repair shop for any work required that you’re not comfortable doing yourself and that’s not covered by the guarantee.
“Are POEDAGAR® watches Swiss made?”
No, although particular design aspects of some POEDAGAR® models are based on those originating from Swiss craftsmanship, POEDAGAR® watches do not include any parts manufactured, cased or inspected in Switzerland.
All POEDAGAR® watches sold via the Poedagar UK website, or from an authorised retailer, have been inspected, tested and certified in the UK.
