The standard charge for shipping & delivery is £2.95.
Orders under £150 will be sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service*.
Royal Mail will aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. No signature is required on delivery.
*This excludes orders under £20 of accessories only, which will be sent via the Royal Mail 2nd Class service as standard.
Orders of £150 or more will be sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service. A signature is required on delivery.
All orders placed before 3pm, Monday-Friday, will be despatched on the same day (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends or bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
Next-Day Delivery - £3.95
For orders under £150, we offer a next-day delivery service for £3.95.
Please select the Tracked 24 delivery option to use this service. Orders will be despatched via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Royal Mail will aim to deliver on the next working day.

VIP Delivery - Free

Order with a shipping address outside the UK will be sent via the Royal Mail International Tracked service.

Orders for 1-3 watches are shipped in our standard, easy-open, tear-strip postal boxes, which should fit through most letterboxes.

Accessories, 4+ POEDAGAR® watches
Accessories and orders for 4 or more watches are despatched in different postal packaging depending on the specific products ordered.
Free 30-Day Returns
We offer free 30-day returns on timepieces purchased directly from the Poedagar UK website.
The 30-day period starts from the date of delivery.
The purchase must be returned unused in “as new” condition and in its original packaging. Both the watch and packaging must be in resalable condition. Any security seals or protective packaging must be unbroken and intact.
A handling charge may be applied if returns do not meet the above conditions.
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method once the return has been received and checked by us.
Credit or debit card refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account. Refunds via other methods may take longer.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
